Licensed private investigator
I am a licensed private investigator running a business entered in the Polish Register of Detective Activity under number RD-14/2026.
I specialise in business intelligence, counterparty due diligence, risk analysis and information gathering for companies, institutions and private clients.
I work in accordance with the Polish Detective Services Act, guaranteeing full confidentiality and the security of the information entrusted to me.
I bring to investigative work experience gained on the other side of the desk. For sixteen years I conducted internal audits in Polish public administration, where I learned what documentation looks like when it has to survive external inspection. Later I worked in compliance control in banking and in fraud prevention within a manufacturing group — environments where you work on large data sets and learn to tell signal from noise.
In practice that means one thing: a finding without a stated source and date is a hypothesis to me, not a fact — and it will be described that way in the report.
Where we operate
Area of activity
Field work is carried out personally. Register, open-source and documentary analysis is done remotely, wherever the matter is located.
Warsaw
Our primary area. Field enquiries, observation and client meetings — usually within a few days of instruction.
Mazovia province
The full range of field work across the province, with no additional travel cost within the Warsaw metropolitan area.
All of Poland
Commercial matters are handled nationwide. For instructions outside Mazovia, travel and accommodation costs are agreed in advance, before any work begins.
Principles
Four rules I do not bend
An honest assessment at the outset
If a matter cannot be handled lawfully, or the cost of the enquiry would exceed its value, I say so in the first conversation. I do not take on instructions that make no sense.
A source behind every finding
In the report, every fact carries a source and a date. Anything unconfirmed is described as unconfirmed — even where I am personally convinced of it.
Confidentiality without exception
I do not disclose the identity of clients or the substance of their matters. Information from one instruction is never used in another. Material is stored securely.
No harassment
I do not accept instructions intended to intimidate, harass or pressure another person. An investigator establishes facts; he is not a weapon in a dispute.
